I made it. Five million steps. I have been on an intentional quest since realizing how close I was in April 2017. Six million … I would really need to up my game, but there is something catchy about being a 6 million step man.
Jump roping has become my new hobby, go to stress reliever, running warm-up or short burst of midday exercise. Because all you need is a rope, a bit of space and intensity can be varied to the user jump roping is a great everyday EMS fitness activity. Watch this video for some quick instructions.
