In about an hour I cross the start line for the Bellin 10K. The Bellin has become an annual event for me (2013, 2012, 2011 race reports).
This year’s race will be a little different. Instead of starting in the first corral and chasing the fast runners to stay with the back of the front of the pack I will be starting in the 5th corral….way, way, back. I figure about 10,000 people will start ahead of me. But I am more excited for this race than just about any I have ever run because I will be running with my wife and children. Our kids are running their first 10k!
