Driver Training Video: What Does this Really Teach?

A couple of days ago I posted tips for Navigating the Cone Course with the Ambulance during a CEVO or EVOC course. Then I found this video:

At the end of the video the instructor says, “It wasn’t really fast that we were going.”

I think this video teaches:
1. It is OK to go fast.

2. Ambulances are designed for high speed maneuvers.

3. Risk taking behavior is rewarded. Timidity is mocked.

What do you think this video teaches? Does your organization use this activity as part of its driver training? Why?
