Fire department tanker on its way to a structure fire overturned and injured four firefighters after swerving to avoid a deer collision.
Never swerve. The deer would not have fared well on the front bumper of a fire truck. The damage to the vehicle would have been minimal and there would not have been injuries if the driver had simply hit the deer.
