Video: Responding to an Incident

Video from YouTube, appears to be taken from the passenger side (officer seat). I think videos like this can be great a training tool:

1. Crew behavior – calling out hazards, repeating and reviewing dispatch information and radio reports, distracting conversation.

2. Reminder of risk – actual and perceived when responding lights and sirens.

3. What did you see – after watching ask members to answer questions like – were any pedestrians passed, was any passing done on the right, were traffic lights red, yellow, or green, and more.

How would you use this video as a training tool?

My best wishes to the members, friends, and family of the West Webster Fire Department.
