NAEMT and EMS World have launched a new site: EMSWeekIdeas.org.
The mission of the new site is: “This site has been designed to help you, the EMS professional, explore new ways to participate in, grow, and support your profession. The occasion of EMS Week is an ideal time to find out what more you can do within EMS.”
I applaud the efforts of NAEMT and EMS World to make EMS week about EMS professionals improving themselves and their profession. Too many EMS Week activities are focused on additional special services we can provide the community and free food feasts from hospitals.
