Video: Create a Gameshow Spinner with PowerPoint

I used PowerPoint to animate a game show type spinner. This screencast explains/demonstrates my process.

Another ScreenR user @onEnterFrame made a screencast that demonstrated a better and easier way to make the game show spinner. This screencast explains/demonstrates his process.

What is intriguing for me is that a free web based tool, ScreenR, gave me a tool to record a process and a method to share it with other online educators. Since posting the screencast I have received several tips to improve the process as well as the screencast from @onEnterFrame.

How could you simplify or improve this animation technique? Could you figure out how to add a “Start Spin” button? How about animating so the spinner slows gradually? Use the comments area to link to your screencast improvements and ideas.
