National Child Passenger Safety Week: September 12-18

Participate in National Child Passenger Safety Week by following these Everyday EMS Tips:

1. Make sure your own kids are properly secured in a Child Passenger Safety Seat. As your child grows – in length and weight – make sure you receive a regular car seat check from a certified technician. Also make sure you are using a seat that fits your child properly.

2. Learn more about Child Passenger Safety from the NHTSA website.

3. Learn more about Child Passenger Safety from the CDC website.

4. Plan and deliver community education programs about child passenger safety during station tours, open houses, and other community events.
