Continuing Education and Recertification: Posts Outside the Service Area

In my business developing online education programs I notice big usage surges towards the end of each quarter. The biggest surges come as the calendar approaches December 31 (for EMTs and paramedics that recertify at the end of the calendar year) and March 31 (associated with National Registry recertification).
