Bucky Bash V – Madison Bound

Weather permitting, as you read this, I am on my bike with a group of friends and riding from Stevens Point to Madison – a journey of about 130 miles. I first rode in Bucky Bash IV. From what I hear the first three editions were epic tests of endurance and route finding. Now that the route is more settled the day should be more predictable.

As time and energy allow I will send some updates to @gfriese. If you want to meet me along the route, pedal a few miles, or join me for an after ride drink at the Great Dane off the capitol square let me know and we can iron out the details.

In the great age of exercising for causes there is no specific raison detre for this ride other than to enjoy the spectacular Wisconsin countryside, physical and mental challenge, and the kinship of the open road with other cyclists.

Follow along or enjoy the ride on your own.

As I do on every ride I will be wearing my RoadID from my friends at RoadID.com.
