We have posted the summary reports for the first quarter 2013 Patient Safety events and for the April 2012 – March 2013 Near Miss events. You can download the summary reports by going to www.emseventreport.com, then click on either “Patient Safety Event” or “Near Miss Event”. On the left side of each of those pages is a link to download reports based on year. Or, you can get to these specific reports more easily by clicking on one of these links:
