It is Hot!
I am staying cool by:
1. Moving less and moving slower.
2. Shifting my exercise schedule to the early morning.
3. Staying in the shade as much as possible.
4. Drinking plenty of water and minimizing soda, alcohol, and caffiene.
5. Wearing light colored clothing and loose layers.
6. Protecting my skin from the sun.
How are you staying cool?
I just added two “Clean Bottles” to my armada of cycling water bottles. The bottle has caps on both ends which makes for easier cleaning. So far so good.
