Alternate Posting Location: Tailoring Learning to the Learner

In Tailoring Learning to the Learner, from the February 2013 issue of EMS World magazine, I challenge the system and process for continuing education and suggest three pillars for continuous learning:

  • Development of expertise
  • Assigned education
