2013 Running and Cycling Year in Review

  • I ran in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and Wisconsin
  • Ran new PR’s in 5k, 10k, and half marathon
  • Completed two marathons – Walt Disney World in January and Boston in April
  • Completed three half-marathons – Walt Disney World in January, Green Bay in May, and Missoula in July
  • Ran one 5k and one 10k

Running season sort of fizzled out for me with a thigh injury in August. By the time I had healed my attention had turned to fall and winter sports youth coaching. I am looking forward to at least 1 marathon in 2014. Maybe two.
